  Sorry that your sockapalooza partner flaked - but don't worry, I've got things covered. Though i was reading the link you've got to the quarantined/forbidden items list, and it includes anything associated with animals. Are wool socks going to be ok?

  Hi Secret. Thanks for being a sock saviour! I haven't had any problem with socks or yarn coming through customs. *I think* it's because the wool has been processed, cleaned, spun and dyed that it's "free" of all the nasties that quarrantine doesn't like.
