FO ~ Socks #6/2008
07 November 2008
Pattern: Francie by Rebekkah Kerner (Ravelry link)
Yarn: Pink Cottage Yarn from Fringe Thanks J & S! (Fringe has now closed)
Needles: 2.75mm, 2.5mm & 2.25mm DPNs
Thoughts: After I knitted the first leg, I decided that the gorgeous colours of the yarn were obscuring the leg patterning. So, I frogged and knitted the legs in 2x2 ribbing.
Also, I made up my own toe, with ribbing on the top and plain underneath.
I LOVE the foot patterning.

Lovely socks, very unusual. I agree, anything else would have been too busy.
